Project Admin / PMO / Netherlands

Location: Rijswijk (till December), Amsterdam (from January onwards)


Role/Projects:

The PetroSigns deployment program is looking for a Project Admin/PMO role to support the global deployment of our in house developed Reservoir Modelling platform.

The deployment project is ramping up this year to large scale roll-out of PetroSigns in all the upstream businesses in 2019/21. An expected 50 deployment projects will result under the umbrella of the global program. 60+ locations worldwide; 3000+ professional subsurface users, many different stakeholders with a wide variety of needs.

• The Project admin/PMO role supports the Program Manager, Deployment team and M&O department with administrative activities but can also operate as the interface between the various departments in Rijswijk involved in the deployment.
• Maintains the User- and Departmental portal in SharePoint.
• Assists with the marketing and communication material.
• Organizes and facilitates events and meetings.
• Brings social cohesion to the different efforts/teams.
• Can work across all management layers from VP to work floor.

• Young energetic person who values and promotes the social aspects of the work environment as much as the content.
• Recent graduate or young professional. Early in career who still wants to look around before settling.
• Self-starter who finds his/her own way in a complex organization.
• Proficient with SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Project Management and Oil and Gas industry a pre, but not strictly required.
• Perfect in English. Preferably speaks Dutch.

Duration: Initially for the remainder of the year. Extension (very) likely.
