Description
• Is able to utilise modern communication methods (including digital channels, video, podcasts, enterprise social media and creativity) to effectively engage the client`s business.
• Advises on all internal -wide communications to help decide what should be communicated, when and how.
• Develops high impact employee engagement programmes that build our reputation as an employer of choice.
• Produce written content for internal and external communication channels.
• Produce other communication material: messaging documents, presentations, brochures etc.
• Day-to-day communication support to business partners across the company.
• Organising internal and external events.
• Emergency Response: Take part in company’s crisis communication team.
• Administrative support.
Internal and External interfaces:
• Internal : Any internal services and functions at company and corporate level.
• External : Suppliers, stakeholders and media.
Requirements
• Relevant higher university degree.
• Experience from working in journalism, PR and/or corporate communication.
• Solid knowledge of the oil and gas industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in internal and external communication methods.
• Good journalistic writing skills.
• Knowledge in Content Management Systems (CMS), and photo and video editing tools.
• Very good level of written and spoken Norwegian and English..
• Track record of success in managing significant internal communications projects.
• Aware of the trends and best practice in the market-place and experience of innovation especially in new technologies relating to communications.
