Project Manager – Residential Developer / England

A UK Developer on the cusp of being top 10 are looking to secure a Project Manager for new project in Cringleford. Reporting into the Area Construction Manager you would be expected to maintain health and safety, management of sub-contractors and complete other duties given. You will be working as a No.1 on site leading a team on a daily basis.

This role would suit a dynamic professional who is looking to make their name within the industry. Being speculative housing it is key to work to strict deadlines and time management must be a strong focus. With projects ranging from 50 to 300 units and a vast focus on standards and customer service, the right person will be someone whose work emphasises these points.

Typically projects are built using Traditional build but knowledge of R/C Frame and Timber frame could be an advantage

With the residential market as strong as it currently is and the land bank this company has, progression is at your own discretion. You will be given the opportunities to prove yourself and move with the business, it is up to you to take it! The ideal candidate MUST have;

• A strong and stable CV, NO job hoppers or freelancers
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
• Experience working on a speculative housing project
• Be within 1 hour of Cringleford.

It is desirable to have;

• HNC/Degree related to construction
