Senior Contract Administrator / Australia

We are currently working with desired WA owned construction company; with newly awarded projects and many on the ground they are now seeking the services of an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator on a permanent basis.

The desired candidate will ideally be university qualified with new building construction experience ideally commercial and industrial construction up to $30m. You will have a strong ability to work and achieve deadlines under pressure and will be enthusiastic to learn new software and adapt to the company's systems of practice. Ideally you will have a strong background of negotiations with subcontractors and will have a proven history of planning and scheduling. Attention to detail is key and you will have the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
