Our client, is currently looking for an Accounts Payable Administrator based in their field office in St. Albert, Alberta for a one year contract.
This will be a Monday- Friday job.
Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Reporting to the Administrative Supervisor, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Inputting a large volume of electronic data, with an accuracy target of 95%
- Processing invoices using ADP
- Front Desk Reception
- Importing data using Excel into the invoicing system
- Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Responding to vendor inquiries
- Reconciling vendor statements
- Communicating via telephone to both internal and external individuals
- Providing coverage during colleague vacation or absence
- Filing, and other duties as required
- Strong communications skills, written and verbal
- Ability to problem solve
- Process Journal Entries
- Process contract Operator invoices in a timely manner
- Assist Approvers with and questions
- Would also like the candidate to have the following attributes:
- Working knowledge of payables and/or bookkeeping with a strong understanding of data entry and spreadsheets (Excel)
- This position requires someone who is able to work effectively, while utilizing their excellent communication skills on a daily basis
- Be well organized with the ability to multi-task and work under a deadline driven, team environment
