3d Engineer
We are looking for a 3d Engineer to work on board a DP3 Pipe-Lay/ Construction vessel. The 3d Engineer will report directly to the Vessel 2d Engineer.
• Job Title: 3d Engineer
• Vessel Type: DP3 Pipe-Lay/ Construction
• Location: Nigeria/Mexico
• Rotation: 6 WKS on/ 6 WKS off
• Mobilisation: 03/10/2019
• Day Rate: 270.00 USD per day
Experience Required
• Similar vessel experience to the Telford Vessels.
• Caterpillar Engine Experience
• Watch keeping duties as defined by the Chief Engineer's standing orders.
• Planned and routine maintenance of the mechanical installations onboard the ship.
• Bunkering the vessel when on duty.
We're looking for a candidate holding the following Certificates:
-Certificate of Competency
-National Endorsement
-Flag State Endorsement
-STCW Medical
-PSSR
-MFA
-PSCRB
-AFF
-Security Awareness / DSD
-Engine Room Resource Management
-BOSIET or FOET or HUET (HUET only with BST)
-Passport (2 empty pages)
-Seamans Book
-Yellow Fever
And the following personal qualities:
• Clear and effective oral and written communications skills in English language.
• Ability to lead and manager a vessel team.
• Good knowledge and understanding of principle discipline
• Good coordination, organisation and liaison skills with the ability to seek and gain consensus
• solutions to complex issues.
• Total commitment to carrying out safe working practices.
