Operations Manager – Speciality Chemical Organisation – West Melbourne    

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established wood protection company located in Melbourne.  They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 20 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Operations Manager to join their team on a full time basis.

Reporting to a highly accomplished Regional Director, you will be responsible for reviewing and re-designing Site Operations. To be considered here, you must have 10 years’ experience within a similar role. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven experience in dealing with Stakeholders is essential, as well as experience developing new operational procedures and methodologies.
