A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality Manager to join a leading construction manufacturer at their manufacturing site in Nottinghamshire. This role offers a highly competitive salary (negotiable on experience) as well as car allowance, pension and health care benefits..
The purpose of the role will be to develop, refine and implement Quality Assurance and Lean practices at both the manufacturing and site locations, implement and maintain a consistent quality management system and inspection process, in addition to developing a Lean strategy to improve quality while also reducing waste.
Leading a team of three, the Successful candidate will be able to identify, design, analyse and incorporate processes that optimise manufacturing while supporting on-site teams while managing these changes. They will also be responsible for the introduction of Continuous Improvement programmes utilising Lean practices with focus on Kaizen.

Candidate requirements
- Quality Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable experience in the implementation of Lean practices.
- A desire to make your mark through the introduction of changes in all operational areas.
- A willingness to travel to sites throughout the UK when required.
