Description

• Skillset with strong IT skills and knowledge including hardware, software and networks.

• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of IT systems and a forensic approach to challenges.

• Deep understanding of how hackers work and ability to keep up with the fast pace of change in the criminal cyber-underworld and ability to seek out vulnerabilities in IT infrastructures.

• Skills ranging from Basic understanding of programming languages, penetration testing, IOT security, network security, identity, and access management, to other cyber-governance related soft-skills.

• A person that can identify risks, track identified risks, and discover new risks throughout the progression of projects.

Requirements

Personal and Technical Skills:

• Bachelor/Master or equivalent education within Computer Science / information technology or equivalent.

• Experience with industrial networks including TCP / IP, UDP, IPv4, routing, Cisco, Wi-Fi, VLAN, VPN, Ethernet, Profinet, Profibus, firewall installation and configuration, SNMP and Siemens S7 PLC. Relevant experience can compensate for formal education.

• Genuine interest in networking and network technology.
