Duration: 01.01.2021 (possible extension of contract).

Description

• Follow the Drilling Department Governance and Leadership

• Follow the Drilling Management System processes for planning and executing projects

• Establish and maintain processes, tools and routines for planning, monitoring, control and reporting in projects

• Lead and coordinate work for establishing budgets, forecasts and project baselines/Current Control Estimates

• Coordinate project support and administrative resources in projects

• Facilitate project reporting to stakeholders

• Deliver Drilling input to monthly closing process

• Analyse progress and project performance

• Participate in the risk management process in the project

• Ensure project plan is prepared and maintained

• Support and provide input to management of change process

• Support and provide input to business plan and resource certification process

• Provide support in keeping track of project history and scope development

• Provide input and participate in audits

• Coordinate work with Procurement and finance

• Provide feedback for improvement of the Drilling Management System

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum 10 years completion related experience

• Good knowledge in project management processes

Qualifications

• Master Degree in Project Management, Finance, Engineering or similar education

• Great analytical skills

• Proficiency in time and cost estimation with either dedicated software or Excel
