Our clients Project Controlling team based in West London seek a full time Project Controller Cost Analyst person.
They are looking for an adaptable, reliable individual with good interpersonal skills to support the delivery of projects by ensuring accurate commercial information is available.
This is a full time position, ideally for someone who has over 3 years’ experience in a similar role and has had exposure to other areas of project controls i.e Planning, Risk or Change.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
•Preparation of monthly reporting and forecasting in close liaison with the project management team
•Regular review of results and forecasts in conjunction with the project management team
•Monitoring of job costing and estimate to complete forecasts
•Perform variance analysis on labour and other costs as required
•On time and accurate invoicing to support good Working Capital management
•Other duties requiring a similar level of skill and responsibility when required
Qualifications / Personal Attributes:
•Hands-on self-starter with motivation and enthusiasm to deliver results
•Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
•Basic working knowledge of SAP desirable
•Good analytical skills & highly numerate with good commercial understanding and attention to detail
Degree, Accountancy qualification or equivalent
