Civil Foreman - No Saturday Work / Australia

An established civil contractor with a diverse portfolio engaging in projects in the greater Melbourne region is currently seeking a Foreman to join their team on a permanent basis based on their flagship site in the western suburbs. My client has a reputation for delivering projects on schedule and within budget, so the time has come for the growing, once small family business to bring in new talent to grow with the company.

Engaging in projects from $500K - $5Mil Core responsibilities within the role include supervising the construction activities across the site, solving arising problems from contract disputes to materials not arriving on time, maintaining safety and legality as well as liaising with relevant bodies.

To be successful, you must possess a minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a supervisory role supported by relevant certifications. Drainage, Earthworks and Paving experience are a must.
