Description

• To ensure that the CMS is suitable and updated for the operational projects, including bridging documents to other parties.
• To ensure that HSEQ targets for the operations are established.
• To prepare a HSEQ plan/programme for operational activities.
• To ensure that risk management are carried out and followed as described in the CMS. To prepare and follow-up project specific risk register.
• Keep track on all Non Conformances and deviations and ensure proper handling of these.
• To ensure that necessary resources to carry out the HSEQ tasks are available to the project to meet relevant quality requirements and deadlines.
• To ensure that all relevant risk and emergency preparedness analysis and other relevant HSE studies are carried out and that any actions proposed in the analyses and studies are evaluated and implemented as appropriate.
• To ensure that requirements from the Application for Consent and Application for Discharge are being adhered to.
• Prepare emergency response plans and emergency table tops/exercises.
• Ensure that tasks defined in the work process CMSQ- WP-032 Emergency response planning is performed and see to it that Company invites relevant contractors to take part in emergency exercises.
• To provide a day-to-day support to the department team and management on matters related to HSSEQ.
• To address and follow-up that operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner in co-operation with all involved parties.
• To follow-up and verify that sub-contractors are working according to Company and Regulatory requirements with respect to HSE.
• Assist the Company’s HSSEQ & PR/Communication manager on relevant issues.
