Description

Ensure a robust Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) approach including no fatalities, major injuries or major environmental incidents.

Overall responsibility for ensuring consistency of development and maintenance of the Project EPCI- schedule at all levels on the contracts.

  • Perform work according to company`s management system
  • Ensure EGTB Project is delivered according to 52001U-LUNAS-F-RA-00001 EG Tie-backs Project Mandate.
  • Establish and maintain Company’s project baseline schedule
  • Meet with all disciplines to secure ownership and agree activities, durations and resources
  • Overall responsibility for ensuring consistency of development and maintenance of the Project EPCI- schedule at all levels on the contracts. Main focus on subsea schedule.
  • Ensure alignment and consistency of the interfaces between the Contractor's schedules
  • Follow up and ensure the quality and consistency of contractors' schedules and progress measurement and ensure that these are in agreement with the project schedules
  • Follow up and report the progress development including milestone achievements
  • Close cooperation with Cost Control Lead
  • Prepare regular reports of progress against plan
  • Maintain schedule network, integrated schedules and perform critical path analyses in accordance with formats and procedures
  • Assist in evaluation of the schedule consequences of changes and critical interfaces, especially regarding critical path
  • Establish and maintain the schedule baseline updates and forecasts
  • Identify schedule risk and opportunities including follow up with mitigation actions
  • Communicate schedule, critical path and make latest revisions available for the project team as decision basis
  • Contribute with transfer of experience to other projects.
  • Perform schedule benchmarking towards similar projects

Requirements

  • Education: Higher education / University or relevant experience
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience within the offshore industry. Subsea project experience is required
  • Skills: Safran Project
