Description

The Project Engineer is part of the Facilities Engineering Department in an Oil & Gas Company, and reports to Facilities Engineering Manager. The Company is currently engaged with operated activities within Exploration, Development, Production and Decommissioning. Your main responsibilities will be to manage Facilities Projects for operated Assets as well as champion and further develop our Facilities Modification Process.

The position shall:

• Perform as coordinator for all Facilities Projects
• Perform as Project Lead for assigned Projects
• Perform as coordinator for Facilities Modification Process and champion the work process across organization
• Contribute in audits and verifications related to Facilities Modifications
• Contribute in planned work to establish new Facilities Modification Process, including associated IT systems

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience with Facilities and Projects in Oil & Gas
• Proven skills as Project Manager for offshore modification projects
• Experience with, and interest in management systems and work processes
• Experience with Workmate and SAP is an advantage
• Good communication skills with the ability to interact and develop good working relationships across the organization
• Systematically analyze & approach issues, with the ability to prioritize and solve problems in order to deliver results in a timely and accurate manner.
