Duties

Ensure that the assigned projects tasks are well managed as per the statement of requirement, specifications and contractual requirements.
Ensure that all the interfaces with the design team, other entities including P&D/E&C are correctly managed.
Ensure that the projects are executed in accordance with the organization’s safety regulations, with quality conformance and within schedule and budget.
Coordinate the engineering activities of WHP Topsides engineering group in agreement with Engineering Manager and Topsides Package Lead all along the Contract execution phase.
Responsible for engineering consistency between Project packages.
Ensure efficient communication with all other engineering and functional team members.

Qualifications

Graduate engineer with a good level of technical understanding of all relevant technical disciplines, with experience of engineering team supervision/management on onshore/offshore oil & gas project, knowledge of relevant codes and standards.
Strong knowledge of SIMOPS.
Fluency in English (speaking and writing) with good communication skills, computer literate.
Strong leadership skills and good communication skills.
Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.
