Work Location: Stavanger

Startup: 22.09.19 - 31.05.2020

Description

  • Prepare deep-water well test concept, design, detailed program and detailed operating procedures as per company- and industry standards
  • Coordinate rig modifications and interfaces between the rig and other well test vendors
  • Supervise offshore deep-water well test activities, while reporting to the offshore Drilling Supervisor
  • Drive value and performance improvements
  • Review Well Test Design Package and ensure package is fit for purpose
  • Facilitate risk assessments, HAZID’s, HAZOP’s, JSAs etc. and update roject risk registers accordingly
  • Participate in audits, reviews and/or inspection
  • Prepare AFE time and costs estimates Capture and implement lessons learned
  • Prepare post well report and conduct review meetings
  • Coordinate equipment and service providers
  • Prepare detailed “scope of supply” documents, mobilization, inspection and equipment rig up plans
  • Ensure compliance with relevant rules and standards

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in petroleum engineering or other relevant education
  • Valid IWCF certificate for well interventions, Level 4
  • Minimum 10-year experiences in well testing operations, offshore on semi-sub submersible drilling units
  • Proven design & Operational Deep-water (>1000m) well testing experiences
  • Norwegian Continental Shelf experiences is an advantage

  • Very good communicating skills, able to interface with multi-& cross- disciplinary teams
  • Strong leadership & supervision, coaching and mentoring skills

  • Ability to work independently and as a team player
  • Committed to company HSE policy and principles and demonstrate a high level of HSE awareness
