Description

• Work as BMS representative in a specific process area 

• Support Process Area Owner/Work Process Owner for specific area with continuous improvement of all relevant BMS processes and governing documents

• Maintain and update BMS content in co-operation with process owner according to client’s BMS specification and guidelines

• Advise implementation and communication of improvements

• Proactively suggest improvements

• Perform general BMS training and user assistance

• Facilitate workshops and process mapping with relevant stakeholders

Requirements

• Relevant competence and experience with Business Management System and governing documentation is required

• Experience within process scoping, facilitation and mapping

• E&P knowledge and experience, preferably within Drilling and Wells

• Motivated drilling, completion or intervention engineers will be considered

• Strong team player, seeking collaboration with focus on what is best for business

• Good relational skills

• Ability to “get things done” in a hectic and demanding business unit

• Diligent and a strong ability to follow through on agreed actions

• Excellent oral and written communication skills and attention to detail

• Fluent in Norwegian and English

• Curious, pro-active attitude and continuous strive for achieving improvements

• Customer-oriented

• Structured, analytical and self-motivated
