Role: Contracts Manager - Sheet Piling

Location: UK wide (Based from either the North England OR South)

Company: Leading Specialist Contractor

An exceptional Contracts Manager is required for a market leading UK specialist Contractor, to deliver multiple medium value projects at one time, throughout the UK within the Civil Engineering and Construction industry. You will be responsible for the planning, preparation, and daily management of piling and Sheet Piling sites as well as assisting the delivery of subcontracts safely, on time and within budget.

Tasks:

• Preparing method statements and risk assessments for piling and sheet piling projects
• Client, Subcontractor and local authority liaison
• Assisting the organisation of plant, labour and materials
• Assisting in health, safety and quality reports on site
• Attending site meetings and conferences

Requirements:

• Suitable Qualification (Civil Engineering, Contract Management, Construction Engineering etc)
• Piling, Sheet Piling, Ground Engineering or Geotechnical experience is an advantage but not a must
• Strong communication skills
• Solid Engineering knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Understanding of different Piling techniques is an advantage
