Head Of Change Management (Infrastructure) / UAE

Job Role: Head of Change Management 

Department: Prime Contract Management

Reports to: Senior Commercial Manager.

Location: Site Based

To Efficiently and effectively manage & Control the contractual and commercial activities of the prime contracts (&other Contracts) and in particular aspects as they relate to the change of works associated with the supporting infrastructure to the Site based Nuclear Plant. (E.G support Facilities, PPS, switchyard etc.) to ensure the company's commercial interests are secured and risk exposure is minimized.

Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Similar.

Masters degree in a related field is desirable.

Chartered Member of a recognized professional institution such as RICS, CIOB, ICE or CIPS.

Minimum 7 Yrs. of Relevant experience in construction industry experience with exposure to supervising contract specialities of Varying experience.

International Power or Nuclear program EXP is preferred.
