Description

• Prepare for outbound shipments, including customs clearance and documentation;
• Invoicing
• Maintain archive for all export related documents;
• Works closely with transport service providers to assure efficient and effective execution of transport and prepares proper transportation paperwork and export documentation;
• Order handling

Requirements

• Experience in the Customs / Logistics area
• Knowledge about Free Trade Agreements
• Good computer literacy (MS Office);
• Very good written & spoken English and Norwegian
• Excellent coordination skills;
• Teamworking skills;
• SAP knowledge (is an absolute requirement) of the SD, PP and MM module is an advantage.
