The selected candidate will lead one of the companies, have full authority to run the business and grow its clientele according to the group long term objectives. Rare opportunity for an Architect who is keen to run a studio with already established capital, infrastructure, and manpower.



Principal Architect



Scope of work:

• Lead the architectural design business unit and grow clientele (business development)
• Project delivery: working with government and private clients to deliver modern and buildable designs
• Provide mentorship towards the architectural design team
• Work closely with other business units such as the construction, engineering, and land survey team

Requirements:

• Registered Architect in New Zealand (A MUST)
• ArchiCAD and BIM proficiency (A MUST)
• You have to be passionate about business growth, position yourself as an entrepreneur who has the luxury to run your own studio with existing support of capital and manpower
• Residential and educational market experience: high end, terrace houses, apartments or commercial/mixed-use
• Up-to-date with building codes, contracts, Health and Safety in Design, and the plethora of paperwork that is required to achieve and deliver meaningful design
• Able to deal with pressure and possess emotional intelligence
