SUMMARY
The Contracts Analyst’s primary responsibility is to issue and manage service orders in relation to Company’s operations and capital projects. Secondary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: (i) assisting with various service agreement preparation, management and administration. (ii) managing Company’s vendor pre-qualification process; and (iii) performing other contract administration duties as assigned by the Senior Contracts Manager. This role will report directly to the Senior Contracts Manager.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Draft and administer services orders while ensuring Company requirements and standards are met
· Prepare and administer agreements with third party vendors; liaison with internal customers to communicate agreement status
· Establish new and maintain several hundred active contracts in Company’s contract database
· Gather and analyze vendor information for Company approval and setup based on Company’s qualification requirements
· Assist with development of Company’s RFP’s and bid tab analysis
· Assist with post service order award activities, including change orders and other various requests
· Report and analyze data within Company’s vendor management system
· Coordinate with and assist the Contracts Specialist as needed
· Assist in training for Company’s Supply Chain Management guidelines and procedures as it relates to service orders, searching approved vendors, and finding agreements
· Assist Senior Contracts Manager on other special projects as needed
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with sometime
· 2-4 years of work experience in contract administration; oil and gas industry preferred
· Knowledge and understanding of contractual terminology and/or insurance terminology desired
· Experience with MS Office - required
· Experience with Company’s procure to pay system (Oracle) desired
Education:
· College degree preferred, will consider work experiences in lieu of degree
