Project Manager

My client is a leading manufacturer in the power and renewables industry. They are urgently seeking a Project manager to be based in they're Switzerland office. Please see job details below.

Your tasks:

Responsible for the entire project management (technically and commercially) of demanding, interdisciplinary revision and conversion projects at home and abroad - with an initial focus on hydrogen generators and adjacent systems

Participation in contract negotiations in the final phase (sales support)

Successful completion of the project in terms of deadline, costs and quality including controlling and reporting

Management of the commercial, scheduling, insurance and legal aspects of the project

Responsibility for claim and risk management

Coordination of the necessary exchange of information with customers, consultants and subcontractors

Job requirements:

You have training as a mechanical engineer FH / ETH and further education in the commercial sector (project management, business)

You have concrete work experience in leading long-term projects in the technical field, experience in the hydropower industry (generators) is of great advantage

You have good knowledge of the methodology of project management (deadlines, resource planning, cost tracking)

You have experience in the targeted management of project teams (matrix organizations)

They enjoy direct customer contact, are communicative and assertive.

They communicate fluently in English and French except in German

You can be entrepreneurial, networked and customer-oriented thinking and acting

Location: Kriens, Switzerland

Salary; 120,000 - 130,000 Swiss Franks per annum

Contract: Perm
