Description
• Practice exemplary leadership based on client’s values
• Use and seek for continuously improvement of relevant work processes
• Manage tender documents, use of any subcontractors, contracts negotiations, report presentations.
• Finance - Monthly economic invoicing and reporting. Monitor adherence to budgets. Review costs and on a monthly basis.
• Timesheets and travel expenses approval.
• Be the focal point for suppliers, including supplier registration and issuing all purchace order to suppliers
• HR – New employee procedure with all items, employment agreements, salary registration at BDO, registration of pension and Insurance. Personnel handbook, special aggrement, UDI registrations, visas, work permits, support recruitment process, total resource overview, follow up personnel competence training and medical, follow up personal events, birthsdays, birth and other personal celebrations.
• Manage and assist all administrative- and operating functions within the company
• Day to day Administrative coordinating / Project and Personnel support
• Manage shipping of equipment
• Super user of internal systems
• Responsibility for document control procedure
• Ensure that all activities are carried out with proper focus on Quality and HSE performance
• Ensure compliance with client`s policies and standards as well as local laws, rules and regulations
• Assist with establishment of strategies, budgets, goals and objectives in line with those of company.
• Develop and cultivate an efficient department organisation
• Ensure that experience and best practices are preserved, communicated locally and exchanged with management and other geographical units
Requirements
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience from land and/or offshore industry
• Excellent skills in Microsoft office including Microsoft Project and Visio
• Basic accounting skills
• Experience within HR
• Relevant experience
• Excellent command of English written and oral
• Organisational skills
• Experience from HMS / QA administration
• Experience from administration of inspection activities
