Project Manager – Medium Sized Main Contractor / England

An established and successful medium sized Main Contractor who specialize in the Refurbishment and New Build market are looking to secure the services of 2x Project Managers who have experience leading projects between £5,000,000 and £15,000,000.
These positions are due to company growth. With aggressive, but controlled expansion plans this company is highly geared to become a recognised name within the industry.

This role would suit an experienced professional who is able to take a project from start to finish with minimal direction. With repeat business being key to this company, client relations is a very important skill set for this role. Reporting in to a visiting Director, you would be able to mould your team and mange to your desires. The role would include duties such as, managing sub-contractors, health and safety and client liaison.

The types of projects this company do include commercial to residential conversions. Commercial new build, hotels and ultra-prime residential. Projects are in London typically in London. The company are looking to secure two Project Managers for various schemes. Location of projects will be to suit your residence and project experience.

With requirements for projects up to £15,000,000 this role would suit someone who has experience with projects up to this value. You potentially have Assistant Site Managers, foreman etc as direct reports. Due to the company’s growth plans, opportunities to progress will be available in the future.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
• Experience in a Project Manager role.
• Experience leading projects up to at least £10,000,000
• Strong client liaison skills
• A stable CV that demonstrates loyalty and career progression.

It is desirable to have;

• Experience in a variety of projects including cut & carve, fit out and new build.
• HNC/Degree related to construction
