Integrated System Specialist
- Location: Italy then move onto Mozambique
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 12 (renewable on agreement)

Rotation: 120 / 16 days
Working Week: 8 hrs p/day - 5 days p/week - Mozambique
Rotation: TBC
Working Week: 10 hrs p/day - 6 days p/week - Salary: Negotiable
- Accommodation / Flights / Meals / Insurances provided in both locations
- Coordinate the implementation on projects of the Management/Construction Information Systems utilized for the management of construction quantities, planning, progress recording, accounting, quality assessment, collection of erected and installed quantities of construction works, in compliance with projects requirements and Company procedures
In case of activities on Mechanical Information Systems the mission includes coordination of the implementation of Spooling, Welding and Material Traceability Systems - Tasks
The Integrated System Specialist support the Construction Manager and the Discipline Superintendent in the following tasks.
In case of activities on management systems and construction quantities:
Ensure the set-up, the training and the implementation for the Project of the Management/Construction Information Systems
Analyse and upload in the systems (Quantity data base, Construction Program, Accountability Program, Standard Library adoption, etc.) the project data received by technical departments
Maintain the up-to-date data either from external sources (site sub-contractors) and from engineering databases
Issue periodical progress and statistical reports from the system
Verify data format consistency
Liaise with technical departments to download updated engineering information
Provide the daily entry of manhours spent by site sub-contractors or by direct hiring activities
Verify the actual efficiency of site activities based on data collected at site
Assist the Quality Manager for quality assurance/assessment topics
Assist the Warehouse Manager for the update of project material data base
Verify the correct implementation and use of the project management information systems for the project (also for subcontractors when required)
Ensure the management of the project quantities both for accounting purposes and progress measurement ensuring correctness and accuracy of data in compliance with standards, procedures and project requirements
Ensure capitalization of feedback deriving from the use of pertaining information systems in order to identify appropriate corrective actions and areas for improvement
Ensure the training to project personnel for the use of the Management/Construction Information Systems
In addition to all the above, in case of coordination of a team of Integrated System Specialists, the coordinator, with suitable experience and seniority, shall effectively drive the team (internal or external resources) maintaining the targets of the project and/or embrace the ownership and responsibility of more than one system - In case of activities on mechanical systems and construction quantities:
Ensure maximum piping fabrication optimization and Welding Map creation through dedicated systems
Monitor the welding activities and performance through dedicated systems
Coordinate activities for the correct implementation of the Mechanical Information Systems ensuring the Project consistency of the data managed by the Spooling, Welding and Material Traceability Systems
In addition to all the above, in case of coordination of a team of Integrated System Specialists, the coordinator, with suitable experience and seniority, shall effectively drive the team (internal or external resources) maintaining the targets of the project and/or embrace the ownership and responsibility of more than one system
Ensure the training to project personnel for the use of the Mechanical Information Systems -
