Description
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare budgets, forecasts and variance reports for the business including Management Reports
• Prepare Board presentations for the Finance Coordinator
• Coordinate the End of Month Financial processes and financial statements
• Review detailed procedures and guidelines, these include conducting review of company finance and accounting guidelines and office manual
• Enforce procedure compliance throughout AOC and coordinate internal and external audits on behalf of the Finance Unit
• Advise the Finance Supervisor on complex finance issues
• Support the Governance, Risk and Compliance throughout AOC
Functional Specific Responsibilities
Finance Operations
• Provide periodical (mostly weekly and monthly) management reporting on the activities of Finance Operations including its KeyPerformance Indicators (KPls)and Work Load Indicators
• Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts and correspond with vendors on missing records and discrepancies
• Act asa liaison between suppliers and internal AOCdivisions on cost control problems and infractions of contract
• Coordinate with Treasury to ensure streamlining of processesin the area of cashforecasts
• Gather and provide information to ensure procedures are kept up to date
• Assist with coordination of internal audits on behalf of Finance Division
Business Control
• Perform administrative activities to support governance portfolio
• Perform activities to support ERMframework, such asadministrative support to risk register
• Perform activities to support audit follow up process, such asadministrative support for Audit follow up database
• Perform activities to support financial planning and budget performance process, such asbudget compliance analysiSand accruals control per division
• Perform activities to support vendor assessment process,such as perform initial evaluation on finance analysis basedon the current model
• Perform activities to support CRCCprocess
• Ensuretimely payment of insurance premiums
• Prepare reporting to governmental and environmental organizations
• Coordinate Compulsory storage agreement
• Perform activities to support of internal control framework
Accounting, Treasury & Tax
• Perform the Endof Month Financial closing processesincluding the full consolidation of subsidiaries, branch activities
• Prepare supporting documentation and analyses related to the aforementioned to support AOCas well asexternal auditors
• Support preparation of financial and management reporting to SaudiAramco and the AOC Management team on a monthly basis
• Support preparation of AOCstatutory Financial Statements in conformity with EU-IFRS
• ExecuteTaxcompliance activities in AOe's area of operation
• Support in maintaining AOCTaxControl Framework
• Ensureexternal compliance with regard to chamber of commerce and Tax reporting
• Execute Corporate Tax/ VATconsultation and reporting
• Coordinate and manage banking activities including bank guarantees
• Coordinate and implement credit card management and procedures
• Coordinate, and be responsible for, monthly and weekly cashforecasts
• Execute hedging currency exchange risks with regards to AOC'sstandalone operations
• Review and approve payment documents and ensure successful handling of payments
• Prepare DNBreporting documentation and coordinate monthly reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, BusinessAdministration, Economics or related field
• Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately in English
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in Finance
