Description

The Contracts Manager is responsible for the contract and procurement functions in the Edvard Grieg Facilities Tie-backs (EGTB) project. The Contracts Manager has the following responsibility and key tasks:

• Manage Contracts & Procurement issues in contracts relating to EGTB Facility Project
• Coordinate the entire contract and procurement process in accordance with Company policies, license operating agreements and EU procurement directives
• Contract management and administration, including
• Preparation of contract registers
• Negotiation and management of VOR’s/VO’s/DVO’s
• Insurance and guarantee documentation
• Timely close out of contract
• Participate in the EGTB Facility Project Management Team
• Follow up contractors work with special focus on contractual matters
• Work in close cooperation with project managers and technical disciplines
• Assist in all matters of commercial implication

Requirements

Minimum 10 years of experience with Contract Management of large execution projects within the offshore industry.

Have demonstrated:

• Good understanding and knowledge of the technical, contractual and commercial issues.
• Managerial skills - Interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent in oral and written Norwegian and English language.
