Estimator - Commercial Construction / Australia

We are in partnership with a commercial builder who specialise within the commercial / education sector on projects up to the value of $10m. With a solid order book and tenders flowing through the door they are now looking to bolster their team with an experienced Estimator

Within your new role you’ll be responsible for end to end estimating on commercial construction projects ranging from industrial / BMW / retail projects with a contract value up to $10m. Working closely with company management your duties will include but not be limited to preparing full bills of quantities and take-offs, liaising with subcontractors and suppliers & preparation of purchase orders.

You will be the sort of Estimator who prides themselves on your work as well as the ability to deliver all tasks at a high sense of urgency. Enthusiasm and a keen eye for detail would be a strong point of your personality.  If you’re looking for a work / life balance then this role would be perfect for you.
