Contracts Manager – Residential / England

A housing association who are now building for themselves are looking to secure a Contracts Manager to overlook sites in the Oxfordshire area. Schemes will be a mixture of flats and house including all types of build such as timber, traditional and R/C Frame. 
Whilst covering sites, you will also be assisting with the early stages of future projects. You will liaise with all departments from planning, technical and commercial on current and future projects.

This is not your typical Contracts Manager role. This role will give you exposure to many different aspects that are not always shared in a typical developer.

Due to the company’s growth plans and the growth of this division, opportunities to progress will be available in the future.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager with a Developer
• SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS
• Good knowledge of all aspects from pre-construction and planning through to Customer Care.

It is desirable to have;

• HNC/Degree related to construction
