Due to a strategic development, we are delighted to invite applications for the post of Recruitment Consultant within the Oil&Gas divsion at our established HQ in Altrincham, Cheshire.

Established in 2008, we have grown to over 100 employees and operates 5 key global hubs in the UK, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Houston and South Africa



We are expanding and looking to add to our growing Oil & Gas division by bringing on board an experienced Consultant with knowledge of the sector. This position would suit a skilled consultant. On offer is a competitive salary, uncapped commission, group related bonuses and holiday incentives.

This opportunity offers the chance to develop further in the world of recruitment. You'll be focusing on the Oil & Gas industry. The Oil & Gas sector is thriving and expanding, headed up by an experienced construction Divisional Manager, under whom you would sit. There are clear progression opportunities for you to work your way up further, earning plenty of commission and bonuses along the way.

The right person for this role will be a knowledgeable and skilled Recruiter. Ideally, you'll have had experience of building a desk and you're now looking for the challenge of doing that again with a company that will support and reward you. Previous experience of recruiting in the construction sector is vital.

This role will suit an experienced Consultant with knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector. This position would also suit a skilled Consultant who is keen to build and manage a team who can demonstrate the following attributes.

To be successful in this role:

Have the speed of thought to spot angles to up-sell and cross-sell
You will need to be a team player and yet capable of operating autonomously
Possess high level of both written and verbal communication skills
Have a confident approach with leadership skills
An innate desire to be successful and a willingness to make the commitment that this role requires as well as the resilience to deal with the inevitable challenges that a team leader role brings
A track record of high achievement in previous roles
