Technical Training Manager / UAE

We are looking for a Technical Training Manager to work on Rotation in Sharjah.

The Candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective achievement of the departmental goals through the leadership of personnel - setting individual goals, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - to maximise subordinate performance.

The Training Manager will Provides support and direction in the management of all Competency Assurance, Training and development activities. Assists in the development and oversight of controls and developments of budget for the Competency Assurance, Training and development of the staff.

He/She will Works alongside key Departmental Managers, assisting in the development and execution of yearly plans. Responsible for the development and execution of Operations and Maintenance Competence Assurance into the Kurdistan Asset.

The candidate must have relevant degree on the area of expertise. At least 8 years experience on similar positions in the oil and gas industry.

Must be fluent in English (Writing and Speaking).

Kurdistan experience preferable.
