THE ROLE

I am now seeking a Fund / Development Monitoring Surveyor for a firm of construction consultants to join their office in central London.

You will be an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager ideally from recently chartered level and have an interest in doing more Fund / Development Monitoring The ideal candidate will have already gained some experience of the monitoring role.

You will become involved in working closely with many financial institutions on a wide variety of construction projects across many sectors.

Duties will include site visits, risk management, report writing, due diligence and client advisory services.

THE CLIENT

My client is a successful firm of construction consultants with a number of UK offices providing quantity surveying, project management, building surveying, and specialist services including monitoring services for banks, financial institutions and developers.

They work on construction projects across most sectors including leisure, residential, commercial and more.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor, Quantity Surveyor or Project Manager and ideally have some monitoring experience and be keen to do more monitoring.

Some previous experience acting as a monitoring surveyor is preferred doing monitoring for banks and other financial institutions.

You will need a good eye for detail and have a good understanding of the construction process.

My client will pay in the region of £45000 to £65000 negotiable plus a range of benefits including car allowance, pension, fees and more.
