We are a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the oil & gas Industry. Our client, a large Oil and Gas operator, is currently seeking an ST&O Change Readiness Analyst for a contract role. The individual must be local or have their own accommodations, as no LOA is given. The shift is Monday-Friday.
Job Overview
Reporting to the Program Manager – ST&O Transformation, you will be responsible to provide administrative and coordination support to team members within the Change Readiness Workstream. This may include: scheduling & coordinating meetings and bookings, supporting project management deliverables, supporting change management tactics and deliverables, liaising with communications on development and publication of deliverables, supporting and driving a network of change agents and supporting documentation requirements.

Job Overview
Reporting to the Program Manager – ST&O Transformation, you will be responsible to provide administrative and coordination support to team members within the Change Readiness Workstream. This may include: scheduling & coordinating meetings and bookings, supporting project management deliverables, supporting change management tactics and deliverables, liaising with communications on development and publication of deliverables, supporting and driving a network of change agents and supporting documentation requirements.
Key Accountabilities
- Play a key role in driving the change readiness team meeting cadence –supporting integration between other supporting functions, logistics & booking meetings, designing the agenda, capture and follow up on action items
- Support interface & coordination with PMO (project management office) requirements – driving the updates to project plans, RAID logs, resource tracking, dashboards. Ensuring required input is captured and deliverables are completed on time
- Partner with the Analyst(s) from the PMO to integrate the Change Readiness project plan with the overall ST&O Transformation project plan to understand any integrated points.
- When required, act as the representative of the Change Readiness Workstream in front of the PMO and business in the absence of the Change Readiness Lead
- Support integration of change readiness plans across workstreams and change levers – consolidation and reporting / stewardship
- Support change management work as required across workstreams (conduct impact assessments, stakeholder interviews, design and execute readiness assessments etc.)
- Support the execution of a network of change agents across the business (liaison with the network, logistics for meetings, provide onboarding to new members, support communications with/from the network)
- Work collaboratively with communications resources to support communications deliverables (gathering content, website updates, publication of communications materials and collateral
- Support initiatives to integrate change tools across workstreams to enable real time and automated reporting
- Build relationships with the business and support the change readiness workstream by obtaining inputs on change plans, strategies and tools
- Participate as a member of the Integrated change and learning team to help drive the change readiness strategy in support of program workstreams
- Ad hoc requests from the Change Readiness Lead to support the efficiency of the project including: scheduling and consolidating interviews for team members, researching and/or building solutions to unfamiliar processes (e.g. development of People Readiness pages in Share Point, understanding SCM processes, onboarding of any new team members)
Required Qualifications
Experience and Education:
- 5 – 8 years of change management experience or equivalent transferrable experience (e.g. HR, Organizational Effectiveness, Learning etc.).
- Experience in a commercial, trading, finance, or operations environment an asset
- B.Arts/B.Admin/B.Comm/B.Mgmt degree, preferably with a major in social sciences
- Change Management designation an asset (e.g Prosci)
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organization skills
- Excellent listening skills with a strong attention to detail to translate what’s heard
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service background working with clients in a professional manner
- Ability to build strong relationships internally with HR and with the client group
- Ability to recognize integration points and impacts/risks with project dates moving
- Strong Power Point, Outlook, and Excel skills
- Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results after receiving direction on a deliverable
- Strong consultation, contracting, and influencing skills with partners and client
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for senior members/leaders
- Ability to facilitate less complex workshops, training sessions, etc. with clients
- Independently resolve issues of moderate complexity coming out of Change Readiness
- Provide advice and guidance to leaders, employees, and Subject Matter Experts
- Leverage network of resources and partners to enhance the delivery of commitments
- Experience using PowerBI, and Livelink systems an asset
