Workshop Supervisor - Fabrication / Australia

Our client manufactures large steel structures for a wide variety of industries throughout Australia such as mining infrastructure, construction, reclaimers etc.  As market leader they have been manufacturing in WA for many years and with recent project award’s we are recruiting a Workshop Supervisor
 
As a WA owned business you will have opportunity to work with highly experienced and passionate individuals. In your new role you will be supervising a dedicated team of fabrication specialists to deliver products on time and within budget.  You will have complete autonomy of your project and report directly into your Workshop Manager. You’ll be managing the end to end production include OHS, QA/QC, programming, cost control, production.

This role requires a supervisor who is both dedicated and passionate about the industry and willing to make a difference. Production and OHS is a critical component of your new role and you must be able to demonstrate a keen eye for detail. Must have knowledge of sub arc welding.
