Role: Quantity Surveyor

Company: Specialist Utilities / Fibre / Telcoms Contractor

An exceptional Quantity Surveyor / Contracts Engineer is currently required for a highly reputable, growing, specialist Contractor to work on and commercially manage utilities and telecoms projects across Hampshire.

Tasks:

• Ensure business is compliant with the requirements of the main contract
• Identify contract variations
• Cost and value reconciliations on complete works and works in progress
• Compile quotations for new work
• Keep appropriate records and schedules in all activities
• Report Monthly figures to senior management
• Process invoices, compiling invoices and updating spreadsheets
• Monitor project costs and feeding back cost value information to the site team

Requirements:

• Suitable Qualification held or working towards (Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, etc)
• NEC Contract experience is preferred but not essential
• Driven, motivated to learn
• Good verbal and written communication skills
