HSE Engineer / UAE

Job Description

1. Supports projects management is achieving HSE goals as set for the project

2. Carrying our Safety inspections on the site facilities, equipment and marine using HSE Checklist

3. Reporting & investigating accidents, near misses, sub-standards practices and substandard conditions at work sites

4. Conducting safety group meetings to coach the workforce on the company HSEMS, policies, emergency procedure, HSE procedures, standards, guideline, cop's and other HSE documents related to sites

5. Ensure that life saving & fire fighting equipment are properly maintained / certified and ready for immediate use

6. Assists Project Management to ensure workforce are in compliance with HSE standards, comply HSE regulations and policies

 

Minimum Requirement

1. BSc in science, civil construction or marine engineering

2. Has certification in NEBOSH, OSHA or similar

3. First aid certification

4. Minimum of 8 years in marine construction
