The leading infrastructure recruitment specialist are seeking a Team Leader and Civil Engineering expert to join a Civil Engineering Consultancy for a long term conventional rail project based in Algeria.

Opportunity

Job Role / Responsibilities

As Team Leader the successful individual shall be responsible for:
* Leading multi-discipline team of experts.
* Ensure correct engineering is carried out in accordance to project requirements.
* Ensure the deliverable from the contractors meeting the contracts requirements and standards.
* Coordinate stakeholder engagement to achieve programme objectives for scope, budget, schedule, quality, sustainability, legacy, etc.
* Manage the contractors for timely implementation and verification of the system integration requirements and designs on site during the construction and testing and commissioning stages.
* Input into procurement documents for each work package.
* -Project expected to run for next 10 - 15 years.

Requirements

Key requirements for the role include:
* -Degree qualified in Civil Engineering
* -15 years experience in rail
* -English and French fluency essential
* Regional experience would be beneficial.
* High degree of technical proficiency in design and construction of complex rail systems.

Location

The role will be based in Algeria presenting an opportunity to save much of the salary.

Salary Package

The salary package consists of 12,000 - 14,000 EUR per month, accommodation, transport, mobilisation and demobilisation flights, 500 EUR per month expenses, chaperone
