Assistant/Quantity Surveyor – Bespoke Developer / England

A bespoke Developer are looking to secure an established Quantity Surveyor for a site based role in Hertfordshire. This Developer typically undertake projects within the affluent Hertfordshire and North London areas. Projects are either bespoke, one off builds or smaller, high end developments with only a handful of units.

You will be joining a close knit team of professionals who put quality before quantity and bottom line. You will have access to the best trades and master craftsman who take pride in delivering the standard the Developer expects. The Directors literally put their name to every project.

The role entails managing the administration and commercial interests of residential developments. Reporting to the Project Manager and Owner of the business.

The duties to be carried out include overseeing variations, sub-contact orders and accounts as well as other general QS duties.

The ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor for a residential developer or Contractor.
• A CV that shows both loyalty and career progression.
• Live within 1 hour of St Albans
• A passion for quality

It is desirable to have;

• HNC/Degree related to Quantity Surveying
