Location – Buxton
Salary & shift allowance – up to £50,000 + bonus, pension & other benefits

A leading multi-site manufacturer is searching for an experienced Shift Production Manager due to business growth and development.
As Shift Production Manager you will effectively manage a team of multi-skilled individuals, with a focus on meeting production requirements, maintaining a safe working environment and playing a role in continuous improvement activities.

Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of multi- skill individuals
- Implementing plans & site manufacturing objectives
- Process Improvement/5S/Kaizen/Lean principles
- Project Management
- Quality control
- Managing processes, recording KPI’s performance
- Driving teams, change and performance
- Implementing training when needed.
- Health and safety
- Strong Management/Supervisory experience
- Engineering background and understanding
- Ability to drive teams and performance
- Strong experience and understanding of Lean/5S/Kaizen
- Health & Safety experience & qualification (IOSH or NEBOSH)
- Technically minded
- Strong problem solving skills and ability
- Communication Skills ( Written & Verbal)
- Up to £50,000 (inclusive of shift allowance)
