Introduction
We are pleased to offer the following key contract positions: HSE Advisor
Work Location: Kalundborg, Denmark
Start date: As soon as possible, preferably August 1, 2019
Duration: 1 year (1 month’s notice)

Description
- Perform and establish good communication with the client
- Assist client in establishing and maintaining good HSE standard at the site
- Assist client in the HSE strategy initiatives and safety improvement projects
- Support client with safety competencies to contribute to the client prioritized improvements
- Advice improvements in HSE management system by participating in selected processes (tool box talks, daily planning meetings, IQ and safenote progress meetings, PTW processes etc.)
- Assist client in investigations of incidents to determine the underlying causes and contribute to the general improvement plan (not small single task by task driven – bigger picture necessary)
- Attend shift handover-meetings
- Participate during client’s daily HSE-walks and follow-up on client`s prioritized findings.
- Plan and manage weekly HSE activities
- Participate in weekly HSE inspections at the work site and report status of Best Practice for Site Safety
- Undertake site HSE audits/inspections, and ensure corrective actions and recommendations are closed-out
- Attend regular meetings with HSE representatives to discuss and agree on HSE concerns and potential hazards
- Be proactive in promoting HSE awareness at all levels within contractor personnel such as campaigns, posters and relevant events
- Assist in investigation of accidents and incidents to determine their underlying causes, report anomalies and check corrective actions.
- Be visible in manufacturing and available for discussion regarding HSE concerns
- Focus on the early identification of potential HSE problems and propose appropriate solutions
Requirements

Education and experience
- Minimum 5 years of industry site experience
- Familiar with best practice for safety on fabrication sites
- Fluent in Danish (speaking and writing), communication and reporting skills
