Introduction

Description
- 1. Program Monthly Cost Reporting: Coordinate the development of the WWRP Program Level Cost Report based on inputs from the scope Project Controls Teams; oversee the development/maintenance of templates and registers/logs including the master Cost Profiling file, the Change/Trends Log, Contingency & Allowance Drawdown Logs, associated reporting charts/tables, variance comments, etc.; Recycle report and update requirements based on feedback from Cost Control Manager and Senior Project Leadership; Communicate reporting requirements and deadlines to the Project Controls Coordinators/Cost Controllers; Note: scope project controls team's (i.e. Project Controls Co- Coordinators and Cost Controllers) are responsible for reporting inputs in the form requeste
- 2. Cost Control Methodology Development & Oversight: Assist the Cost Control Manager with the development and roll-out of an over-arching Cost Control Methodology for WWRP in terms of systems and work-instructions (re. processes/procedures) that govern cost stewardship and reporting (e.g. Cost Code Levels of Control, Allowance Management, FX Management, Trends Management, Budget Transfers, Cost Change Management, Cost Forecasting, purchase orders / req's, CTR's, service tickets, etc.). Assist the Cost Control Manager with ensuring compliance of the Cost Control Methodology across WWRP to ensure consistency and quality of cost stewardship and reporting
- 3. EcoSys: Assist with the integration of EcoSys as the Project's Cost Control System
- 4. Cost Analysis/Challenge: Evaluate/critique scope Cost Reports to identify inconsistencies, errors, omissions based on an understanding of the scope garnered from meetings, review of Contractor Monthly Reports, etc.; interface, query, and request clarification from scope Project Controls Teams (i.e. Coordinators & Cost Controllers) accordingly as they are ultimately responsible for their scopes and reports
- 5. Coordinate inputs for Finance deliverables (e.g. Budget, Quarterly Reforecasts & Long Range Plan) and Ad Hoc Special Requests (e.g. joint venture and board of directors updates)

Requirements
Must Have Skills:
- P. Eng. (Professional Engineer) or P. Tech. (Professional Technologist) OR
- Bachelors in Engineering or Business OR
- 10 years experience in Project Controls (Cost Control)
- 10+ years experience in Large Projects
- 10+ years experience in Oil & Gas Projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Strong working knowledge of Cost Control Processes
- Ability to develop, communicate, and steward efficient cost management processes
- Strong Oral/Written Communication Skills (comfort and effectiveness in presenting/interfacing with large audiences and senior management/leadership)
- High Attention to Detail
- Critical Thinker
- Strong Analytical Skills (i.e. progress/performance measurement, productivity analysis, earned value principals, cost forecasting & profiling, etc.)
- Strong Reporting Skills (i.e. savvy with developing charts, graphs, tables and other visual aids to articulate key messages and performance indicators)
Nice To Have Skills:
- Project Management Professional - PMP or Equivalent
- AACEI Certification - CCP, CCT
- Proficient in SAP
- Working knowledge of Cost Control Software - Ecosys
