Marine Engineer
- FPSO Project
- Location: Onshore Angola with occasional trips offshore to vessel
- Start: ASAP
- Duration: 6 months (renewable)
- Rate:
Onshore EUR 260 p/day worked
Offshore EUR 310 p/day worked - Rotation& Hours
Onshore 75 / 21 days 10 hrs 6 days p/week
Offshore 28 / 28 days offshore 12 hrs 7 days p/week - Accommodation / Flights / Insurances provided by Client
- Ensure full technical efficiency, by proper coordination of maintenance / upgrading activities, for the assigned unit in accordance with Class, international rules, Standard and with the offshore team.
Coordinate cargo team, in compliance with schedule, cost, quality and safety standards. - Tasks
Support the management in the definition of the programs of use / stand-by.
Collection and entry of information to update the CMMS database.
Coordination / supervision of the repairs in case of breakdown, or ordinary and extraordinary maintenance, in cooperation with head quarter and Procurement functions, in order to guarantee the availability of the unit.
Support the vessel management for the maintenance implementation and the corrective actions to solve the daily technical problems, within the assigned budgets.
Liaise with Certification Societies and International Bodies to organize visits and audits on-board for inspection, and maintain all the unit certifications.
Collect data, reports and information to prepare the maintenance and investments budget.
Update and review the operating procedures.
Follow procurement activities for material and services (specifications, TBE, post order)
