Pre-Construction Officer / Caribbean

A well-recognised leading Main Contractor, who specialise in major build projects across the Caribbean are currently recruiting for an experienced Pre- Construction Manager.
 
This role requires an experienced all-rounder. Potentially someone from a commercial background who has covered Estimating and dealt with Client facing needs on many occasions. This role will cover various department such as Bid Management, Estimating and Design. Vast knowledge of the early stages of a construction project are imperative.
 
As Pre-Construction Manager you will be required to spend a vast amount of time building relationships, assisting with winning work and setting projects up for success. You will meet with clients and consultants, produce efficient, successful bids to the highest standard whilst keeping to strict deadlines.
 
The Ideal candidate MUST have;

• Experience working in the Caribbean
• Experience working as a Pre-construction Manager for a Main Contractor

 
You may also be considered if;

• You have vast pre-construction knowledge, potentially from a design or estimating background.

 
This is an immediate role but the client is still only interested in candidates who have demonstrated a clear career and want to work on a permanent basis.
