Business Unit Leader (Data Centre) / Singapore

We are partnering with a global design consultancy firm to recruit a Leader to head up their Data Centre Business Unit.

This is a strategic role for a Design Manager within the data centre realm who is looking for a step up in their career and involve more in the commercial spectrum such as business development/growth, client management, and mentorship.


Scope of works
·Lead and grow the Data Centre Business Unit which includes: business development, networking, and market positioning
·Client management to maintain a sustainable project pipelines/opportunities as well as leveraging client relationship
·To provide leadership and mentorship
·Liaising with various internal stakeholders to achieve the group business goals
·Acting as subject matter expert in data centre realm to support other business units for any relevant projects

Requirements
·An architectural or interior design background, with a minimum five years' experience in data centre
·Prior experience in managing a business unit and/or a practice group
·Ability to perform business development, client management, networking, and market mapping
·Strong communication and presentation skills
·Willing to travel within the Asia Pacific Region
