Location: Hampshire

Salary: £40,000-£45,000 Plus Package

Are you an experienced Network Delivery Manager who has managed the delivery of network builds in FTTH deployment areas? Are you looking for an opportunity to be a part of constructing a brand new network? Then this exciting opportunity is for you.

My client is looking to recruit an experienced Network Delivery Manager with experience of network build, to be be the direct point of contact for the primary contractor supervisors delivering the schemes across Hampshire.

Your duties will include:

• Sub Management of multiple work for deploying FTTP.
• Deliver works on time and mitigate any risks.
• Responsibility for the Civil construction being carried out by the contractor
• Monitoring, reporting and escalating issues within the project.
• Provide accurate weekly reporting on progress.
• Establish and maintain an effective relationship with key stakeholders.
• Ensure all completion documentation is audited.
• Lead and champion all Civils and Cabling quality, whilst promoting and managing excellent SHEQ practices across the project.
• Ensure all sites and contractors are CDM compliant .

Ideal Experience include:

• Proven track record in delivering and policing medium to large multi-site FTTH projects.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong technical understanding of telecoms fibre optic networks.
• Demonstrable experience of method statements and risk assessments.
• Commercial Awareness.
• Working knowledge of CDM Regulations.
• New Roads & Streetworks Act - Supervisors card.
• Experience on FTTH Civils and Cabling.
• Experience in PIA and overhead Cabling/Poling.
