Intermediate Engineer - Major Oil and Gas Pipeline Company / Canada

We are a leading global technical recruitment company providing professional contract and permanent staff to a diverse world-wide client base within the oil & gas Industry. Our client, a major oil and gas pipeline company, is currently seeking a Intermediate Engineer based in  on a  6 month contract with strong possibility of extension based in Edmonton, AB.

 

Position Overview:

• The scope of this role includes executing the Core Process (threat & risk assessment, program sponsorship, integrity planning, execution and program optimization) for the pressure vessel, sump tank and small tank programs. 
• Responsible for design, development, implementation, and analysis of technical products and systems.
• Performs engineering design evaluations.
• May develop a range of products.

 

Requirement:

•  bachelor's degree in engineering and
• 4-7 years of experience.
• Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• Works under general supervision.
