Laboratory Manager

Based with one of the Leading operators in Africa, who have several assets globally. They are urgently seeking Medical Lab Manager to assist their Health Services team.
The primary purpose of the role is to plan the testing schedule and co-ordinate and mentor team members. This will have a large focus on testing samples and submitting them to the lab - all within budget and required turnaround times.

Must Have:
• BSC or BTECH Degree
• 7+ years laboratory experience
• Medical background

What's on offer:
FIFO Rotation - 84 days off per year (average 8/2 or 9/3 rotation)
Negotiable - Net USD Salary
