Design Manager – Commercial Construction (High-Rise Projects)

This role represents a great opportunity for an experienced Design Manager to secure their next permanent role. Our client is a well-established commercial construction company located in Melbourne.  They have enjoyed continued growth for the past 20 years. As a result, this company has an urgent requirement for an experienced Design Manager to oversee day- to-day operations on a full time basis on new & ongoing projects. 

Reporting to a highly accomplished Construction Manager, you will be engaged on a variety of High-rise Apartment projects. To be considered here, you must have at least 5 years’ experience as a Design Manager within a commercial construction company. We are seeking a team player who is looking to grow their career. Previous and proven experience managing commercial projects up to $40m is essential, as well as having the ability to put together a design program and relate that back to project costing.
